ERP MANAGER

We are seeking an ERP Manager to join our team in Sarajevo, responsible for leading the implementation of our ERP system. Your role involves defining project goals, resource planning, and team management to ensure the successful launch of the ERP system.

Job Description:

• Define a strategy for managing the ERP system, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Manage all aspects of ERP system implementation and integration.
• Monitor system performance, identify improvement needs, and optimize processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the ERP system's successful operation.
• Lead a team of IT professionals and analysts to provide user support and system maintenance.
• Actively participate in planning and budgeting related to the ERP system.
• Monitor and prepare best practices in ERP management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing ERP systems.
• Deep understanding of ERP system implementation processes (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Ability to lead, manage, and motivate teams.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
