This role is for a Bosnian-speaking Call Agent who will handle communication with customers, ensuring clear, professional, and effective interactions. You will represent MonetizeAd in direct contact with users, helping drive conversions and maintain high customer satisfaction. This is an on-site opportunity in Sarajevo.
The role
As a Call Agent, you will communicate with customers over the phone, primarily in Bosnian, following defined scripts while adapting naturally to conversations. Your focus will be on delivering accurate information, resolving inquiries, and guiding users through offers or services. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication flows and consistent messaging.
Project
You will be part of teams working across performance marketing and e-commerce campaigns, where phone communication plays a key role in user conversion and retention. Your work will directly impact campaign results and customer experience, contributing to measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications:
Fluent Bosnian, written and spoken;
Basic English proficiency for internal communication;
Previous experience in call centers, sales, or customer support is a plus;
Clear and confident communication skills.
